Tensorgrip H44 is ideal as a fire rated cladding and insulation adhesive and has the following main features:
– IMO “Wheelmark” Approved: 2434 / 2022. Certificate Number: 2434-MED-0073
– Class A2 Fire Rating.

TensorGrip H44 carries the European A2 fire rating, tested to BS EN 13501-1:2018, and is also IMO Certified. The total result is A2,s1,-d0, which shows the adhesive emits a minimal amount of smoke and zero flaming droplets, giving this the best pass rate for an A2 test possible.
TensorGrip H44 has a temperature resistance of 120 Celsius and an extremely high bond strength, meaning substrate failure is 100% guaranteed before adhesive failure. Also, because this is a contact adhesive, we can give you an unbreakable bond within 3 minutes. The system is completely portable and available in 500ml aerosol, 22 Litre, and 110-litre Litre canisters.

Tensorgrip H44 – More Product Details
When working with Adhesives and Sealants or any bonding product, it is vital that the surface is cleaned correctly. Each surface needs to be free from dirt, grease and contamination prior to bonding. In some cases a primer may be required and it is critical that the correct primer is used. It may also be the case that light abrasion is required to help the bonding product key into the surface.
Due to the changing raw material content and surface finishes of some substrates, it is essential that all of our adhesives and tapes should be tested by the customer to ensure substrate and performance compatibility for each application. Please contact us for any advice. We do not accept any liability for product failure.
