High Temperature Tape
The INDASOL range of High Temperature Tapes offer the ultimate in pressure sensitive tape performance. From Pre-powder Coat Bonding (UHB) to High Temperature Masking or Plasma Spraying, our materials can cope with temperatures of 260C.
Our products offer a fast and effective replacement to unsightly rivets and screws. They also remove the need for secondary finishing, deburing or coating.
Product range
Pre Powder Coat Bonding:
UHB tapes are excellent for bonding metals together both pre and post powder coat. They offer an incredibly strong long term bond and allow for items to be painted without the need of welding or riveting.
One such product is UHB 25HT which is a Very High Temperature Pure Acrylic designed for bonding metal parts together in place of rivets, screws, welds and wet adhesives. It can cope with temperatures up to 260C.
UHB25HT: Transfer thickness, clear, bonds metal to metal prior to powder coating up to 260ºc temperature resistance.
UHB17000 Series: A range of High Performance, High Temperature Pre-Powder Coat Bonding UHB products. Standard thicknesses are; 0.5mm and 1.0mm.
High Temp Masking: we have a number of different HT masking products from paper masking to film masking. Our film masking tape can cope with extremes of temperature and still be removed cleanly without residue.
Flash Breaker Tapes: INDASOL Flashbreaker and High Temperature Masking Tapes can cope with extreme temperatures and have excellent chemical resistance. They can be produced in widths and lengths of your choosing and also come in a range of colours and thicknesses.
8850B – Very High Temperature Tape: designed for masking, flash breaking and specialist splicing, this product can cope with extremes of temperature and still remove cleanly.

Made to ISO 9001 specification, we provide our products in a format to suit you. This may be tape on a roll, die cut pieces or sheets of tape. Whichever presentation you choose you can be sure the product will be the best for your application.
