Preparation
– Ensure bonding surfaces are free from irregularities and loose particles that may impair adhesion.
– Dust, dirt and grease can be removed using AT115 Solvent Cleaner. Where substrates are sensitive to solvent attack, clean with warm water and allow to dry.
– The substrate must always be dry before application of the tape.

Application
– Remove the closing tape at the start of the roll. Unwind the roll to expose the adhesive face, on the non adhesive face a film is added to aid easy unwinding of the roll, this is to be left in place.
– Place the tape onto the flange and apply pressure to consolidate the bond. At corners either form tight butt joints or v-notch the tape to form a continuous seal.
– For maximum air leakage performance use with LD410 or OS120.
