INDASOL offer a full range of Technical Splicing Tapes designed to offer ease of use, fast and effective splicing and cost saving where possible.
From coloured visible Single Sided products through to High Temperature Double Sided Machine Splice applications, the INDASOL range caters for most Splicing applications.
Manufactured to ISO standard from high quality materials, our tapes can be slit to widths from 3mm to 2000mm and wound to lengths from 5M to 2000M. With our wide range of carriers, they can be offered in a range of thicknesses to suit.
Our tapes can also be presented in a wide range of styles, such as flush edge, finger lift, die cut, bobbin or sheets.
Here are the range of products we offer:
24213: is an extremely High Tack Double Sided Tissue Tape offering excellent adhesion and sheer values. Ideal for card and paper splicing.
1944: is a very High Tack Double Sided High Temperature Tissue Tape used extensively for paper and card splicing.
8850B: is a coloured Single Sided High Temperature Splicing Tape for applications where a visible splice is required.
1350: is a high tack, hand tear-able splicing and laminating tape. Designed for use on manual and flying splice applications, 1350 offers excellent initial and long term adhesion. It can pass through heat stages without losing grip.
Slit from logs, we can supply you lengths and widths to suit.
We also have Biodegradable Splicing Tapes in the range which can be tailored to your individual requirements.
The adhesives systems used are also varied depending upon the end use of the product, such as hot melt rubbers, high performance acrylics, modified acrylics or water based emulsions.
The wide range of carrier materials such as hand tearable tissue, high density polyester, scrim reinforcement or even transfer and high mass products that have no carrier at all, mean we can tailor a product to suit your application and budget.
Due to the changing raw material content and surface finishes of some substrates, it is essential that all of our adhesives and tapes should be tested by the customer to ensure substrate and performance compatibility for each application.
